  1. You’re abusing drugs, alcohol, food, sex or anything else to cope with life’s stressors.
  2. You’re constantly worrying, anxious, sad and/or  finding it difficult to function on a day-to-day basis.

  3. You’ve lost the desire to do the things you once enjoyed.

  4. You’ve lost someone or something important to you...or you’re about to.

  5. You’ve been through a traumatic experience.

  6. You feel disconnected from loved ones, maybe even life in general.

  7. You’re experiencing irrational fears that are affecting your life.

  8. You have impulsive or obvious mood swings.

  9. You’re struggling to overcome and let go of your past.

  10. You have a really bad temper.

  11. You’re contemplating suicide.
