FEES FOR SERVICES
We currently accept the following insurances: Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Connecticare, Magellen, Medicaid, Medicare, Multiplan, Optum, Oxford, and United Healthcare. If your health insurance provider is not listed, please contact us to see if might be able to assist you.
Out of Pocket Per-Session Fees
Initial appointments can be up to 60 minutes while regular sessions are approximately 45-50 minutes.
Clients without insurance, or who choose not to use their insurance, may qualify for reduced fees based on a sliding scale based on annual income and family size. These fees range from $60-$100 per session and must be agreed upon in writing prior to the initial session.
Court ordered evaluations and treatment updates are an additional charge due to processing of paperwork.
Supervision for licensure or certification is also available. Fees are dependent upon the licensure and are assessed on a case by case basis. Professional consultation regarding business development/practices is also available.
Clients may also choose to work with a supervised pre-licensed clinician for a flat rate of $50 per session.
Any changes or cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance may, at the clinician’s discretion, be charged $80.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. All fees and/or copay's are expected at the time of service.
All returned checks will incur an additional $15.00 administrative fee.
