Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all forms of payment. Cash, Credit or Check.
Q: How many sessions will I need to accomplish my goals? A: That depends on your personal goals and/or needs. We will discuss this in more depth during your free breakthrough session.
Q: How often will I meet with you and where?
A: Frequency will depend on your personal goals and/or needs. We will discuss this in more depth during your free breakthrough session. While it is preferable to meet in person at our Tolland, CT office, coaching is also available in a variety of online formats.
Q: I have more questions, may I contact you?
A: Of course! You can reach us by phone at: (860) 454-7454, directly by cell at: (860) 965-2443, or you can also reach me via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: What is the difference between life coaching and counseling? A: Life coaching and therapy are not the same. As coaches, we do not work on past-based traumas or issues. Life coaches take a very different approach with their clients than a therapist or counselor would. Sessions are much more driven by you and focus much more on goal setting. If you begin the process of life coaching, and have not resolved past issues, then it is very likely that you will be referred to work with a therapist to overcome the issue(s).
Often, unresolved traumas stop us from getting what we really want in our lives. Life coaches mainly focus on the present and the client’s goals for the future. It's our job
to help people move forward with setting personal and professional goals while holding them accountable, so
that they can create the life they truly desire.
Q: What if I need or want counseling too?
A: Then you've definitely come to the right place as our offices can assist you with both needs. Therapy is a great compliment to life coaching and can only help you bridge the gap from where you are to where you want to be, faster!
Q: Are sessions covered through my insurance?
A: Insurance benefits do not cover life coaching. Coaching
and counseling are not the same (see the first Q above).
