START DATE & TIME: Sunday January 13th, 2019 from 1pm - 3pm
LOCATION: 384 Merrow Rd, Suite P, Tolland, CT 06084
ADDITIONAL MEETING TIMES: Our small group NEW YEAR NEW YOU Boot Campers will have a LIVE in person bi-weekly session on the following dates…Sunday January 13th (start date), Sunday January 27th, and Sunday February 10th. Each from 1pm - 2pm (except for the first session). Attendance is highly recommended if you want to get the most out of your time and money. However, things happen, if you have to miss a session you will get access to a voice recording of the event along with any necessary worksheets/handouts.
HOW DOES THIS ACTUALLY WORK?: After “paying what you want” and becoming an official New Year New You Boot Camper, you will receive a Welcome email (within 24 hours) with everything you need to know to get started and guarantee your success in this program. Starting Sunday January 13th, our small group (10 people), will meet for a LIVE in person bi-weekly boot camp session, here at our office in Tolland CT.
Sessions will last approximately 1 hour, except for the first session, which will be 2 hours. During this time we’ll dive deep into understanding your personal needs and desires. Together we’ll pinpoint 3 simple yet powerful (+ healthier!) habits you can implement over the next 6 weeks to greatly increase your overall quality of life. You’ll also learn strategies to help hold yourself accountable to your goals; ultimately creating permanent change. No more New Year’s Resolutions gone wrong!
On the opposite Sundays that we do not have a live in person session, you will receive a ‘check in’ email. This serves as an added layer of accountability throughout the program. You will also have an opportunity to share any roadblocks you’ve struggled with during the past week (because, of course, there will be FUN-work for you to do on your own!) as well as get feedback on how to overcome them.
